7th Annual Blue Jeans and Boots Gala Fundraiser

Please join us for an online evening of entertainment as we raise funds for our brothers and sisters in need in the community. This year's Gala will be livestreamed to you so that you can enjoy it from the comfort of your home! Tune in for a silent auction, inspiring stories, wine pull, discounted gift cards, raffle drawings, and more!

The Gala livestream is a FREE event! However, pre-registration is required in order to receive your personal link to the program and silent auction.
We are pleased to announce that the Blue Jeans and Boots Gala Virtual Platform is now LIVE!

1. Pre-Registration Information

  • The Event is free, but pre-registration is required to get access. Once registration is complete, you will receive an email and/or text with a unique link to access your Event page. From that page you can watch the Live Stream and view the Silent Auction.
  • Please do not share your Event page link with anyone - it is assigned to you only - you don’t want someone bidding on your behalf! 
  • The Silent Auction is already live so once you access your Event page, you can pre-register your credit card and start bidding!  Registration of your credit card is not required for viewing only - simply click the red auction tab.
  • Click on an auction item to view details and see pictures. Some items have multiple pictures you can scroll though.
  • All that is needed for pre-registration is your name and email address and a cell phone number if you have one.
  • If the “Register” quantity shows 0, please click on the “+” button to change it to 1 (we are working to get this fixed).
  • If you enter in your credit card information for any purchases, there is an option to keep your card on file for purchases/donations for this event only. Check the box next to "Register card-on-file for event" after entering in your credit card information. You will only be charged if a purchase is made.

2. Register
  • The link below will take you to the main landing page. Once there, click the green register button. 
  • Your registration information will be used to communicate with you about the Event.


3. Post-Registration Information

  • A registration email will be sent from Central Texas Charitable Works to the email address you provide.  Check your inbox when you complete your registration. 
  • If you do not receive an email or text with your Event link or have any technical issues or other questions, please call 512-222-7690. If there is no answer, please leave a message and someone will call you back.
  • If you plan to bid in the Silent Auction and/or purchase Wine Pull tickets there will be a banner at the top of your Event page to Preauthorize your credit card.  Click on that banner to pre-register your credit card.
  • Please note that you will be given the option to cover the credit card processing fees (approximately 3% for all purchases). This is completely optional, thank you in advance for considering it.
  • For any purchases you make during the event, you will receive an email receipt from BetterUnite via WePay.  BetterUnite is our virtual platform provider and WePay is a subsidiary of Chase which does the payment processing.

Wine Pull
If you would like to participate in the Wine Pull, those tickets are listed on the registration page and the "blue price tag" icon on your Event page. Cost is $20 for a chance to win a bottle of wine valued from $15 to $60. The pulls will be conducted by members of the Gala committee and will occur throughout the evening of the Event. Winners will be contacted via email as the cork is pulled for their ticket!

Remember to keep checking back to the Silent Auction page as additional items will be added up until the day before the Event! There are still several nice items to be added. 

All proceeds from the Gala Fundraiser allow us to support our charitable causes such as Abiding Love Food Pantry, Saint Louise House, Austin Habitat for Humanity, and Mission to Mexico. Now more than ever, our brothers and sisters need our support!
